June 14, 1841 (recorded May 23, 1850):
Allen sold 20 acres of land on the Appalachee River at the mouth of the
Oldersaw in Clarke County, Georgia for $700. [ClC

January 26, 1842 (recorded March 10,
1854): Allen sold the 125 acres on the Appalachee River he bought in
1837 for $500. [ClC deed U:405-6]
December 20, 1845 (recorded September 3,
1847): The estate of Delilia's father was divided. His children living
in Mississippi: William A. Greer, Delilia Ann Vanderford (wife of Allen C.) and
Elizabeth Stuart (wife of David D.) and James Greer of Alabama shared his
undivided half of Section 19 Township 6 Range 1 East in Tippalo County,
Mississippi and the land of his brother James Greer on Tippah River. His
children in Georgia: Emily Cook (wife of John W.) and Martha Jackson (wife of
William) were to share his land on Davis Creek in Clarke County, Georgia.
