April 23, 1891:
Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. C. Vanderford, on Monday last, Mrs. Strickland, aged over 80 years. [Buffalo Reflex]

1900:
Florence, John Clinton's daughter was attending school and living with her brother "A.W." in Buffalo, Dallas County, Missouri. [census-Mo]
