1891-1902:
Ethel attended the Grand Valley School in Oklahoma and had a grade average of 98. [Mildred]

1910:
Ethel and her husband Charlie, a carpenter were living at 617 South Walnut in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her brother Thomas Sylvester (6009) was living with them., as well as Charlie's two brothers, Ed, an electrician and Harry, a blacksmith for the railroad.

1920:
Ethel, Charlie and baby Mildred had recently moved from Oklahoma and were living and farming with her brother Thomas Sylvester Vanderford (6009) in Aberdeen Precinct, Bingham Counry, Idaho.

October 10, 1991:
Ethel has been living in the same house in Ontario, California for over 60 years. Though bedridden, she is mentally astute and is cared for by her daughter, who lives with her. [Mildred]
