To his eldest son Cornelius, gold ring, he having received his portion of estate.
To son William and heirs., 300 Acres, "Piney Neck" on Chester.
To son Nathaniel and heirs, ½ 500 Acres, "Andover" on Andover Branch at head of Chester River.
To his daughter Rebeckah, the residue of "Andover" aforesaid.
To son Edward, part of dwelling plantation and land "Utrick," formerly called "Sewell," at majority, and residue of said. land at his mother's death.
To son Gyslartus and heirs., 500 A., "Timber Neck" on south side of Chester R.
To daughter Mary Ann, part of 370 Acres, "Comegys' Farm Addition" between Farny and Morgan Creeks.
To wife Rebeckah, dwelling plantation during life.
To Dennis Clark, 150 Acres of "The Release," this being in lieu of another part of same tract sold to said Clark and Cornelius Mahony. Part of "Poplar Plain" in Talbot Co. to be sold, and "Comegys' Choice," the latter tract adjoining Morgan Brown's; also "Ruerton" and Langford Bay to be sold or leased for benefit of estate.
