Information:

February 1, 1678:
Cornelius purchased the tract of land called Glasshouse in Cecil County, Maryland. It was located near the mouth of Octoraro Creek where it joins the Susquehannah River just south of the Pennsylvania boundry. [Comegys]

July 6, 1681:
Cornelius petitioned the court for a warrent for 400 abandoned acres in New Castle County, then Pennsylvania, now Delaware. There is no further information as to whether he ever settled, improved, or possessed this property. [Comegys]

December 13, 1711, proven March 7, 1712 (Cecil County, Maryland):
In his will Cornelius left to his daughters, Mary, extx., and Martha and to his grandson Cornelius Comegys, 500 acres and the dwelling place. [MDwills]
