"An agreement between James Weyandt and the heirs and creditors of Joseph Weyandt, dec'd. The said James Weyandt agrees to give up all the property that belonged to the deceased Joseph Weyandt at the time of his death except his bed he usually sleeps in and the livestock and a coverlet that John Weyandt is to get and the heirs and creditors appointed Elias Dell to adminster on the balance to pay his debts as far as it will go."
